Tony Straw received a congressional appointment to the United States Air Force Academy where he graduated with a degree in Management in 2002. As an elite Combat Pilot, Tony Straw was selected to fly the supersonic B-1B and T-38C, has led over 1000 hours of combat sorties in multiple aircraft in the ultimate test of precision performance; employing weapons in life or death scenarios. In addition to the crucible of combat, Tony also teaches the next generation of Fighter-Bomber Pilot Instructors the keys to tactical execution, decision making, and root-cause analysis as an officer in the Air Force Reserves.
Tony has applied the lessons he's learned and teaches in the military to the business world. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with an MBA and becoming a licensed real estate agent, Tony founded and launched a successful startup (PCSgrades.com) where he led the PCSgrades team through multiple rounds of investment and growth into profitability, all while helping military and veteran. families solve relocation challenges.
Tony now helps businesses and individuals apply the same principles of execution and bold leadership that he's mastered as a thought-leader in the Air Force and the private sector.
